   He’s saying he didn’t really want to marry her: he gave her the ring as a nasty lie, to stop her from asking about getting married, because you know bitches iz crazy for wanting to be married, amirite?

   I hope that she’s the bitter one, because he has no right being bitter after that assholery. Unfortunately I suspect the ring is glass and gold plate.

   How on earth would an engagement ring shut anyone up?! It would only make us women way more talkative.
