If they are real headlines, it’s not like Leno has any copyrights to them either…
I believe the book/entertainer he is referring to is Jay Leno’s ‘Headlines’ series. While I haven’t read the books, I’m sure there a repeat wouldn’t be hard to find. They are headlines after all..

A few days ago, I asked you to “document” your posts — telling where and when they were published. You ignored me. I now know why. You are plagiarizing all of these posts from a book (whose editor is a very famous entertainer).
And yet you have the nerve to ask for donations, so that you can carry on this criminal action???
I suggest that you shut down your blog, so that I do not have to report your plagiarism to the man who did the hard work (collecting the funny items) and had the book published.
