I wonder how long they pondered before giving the guy the thumbs-down?
Loving this blog. Many in the UK over 35 will be reminded of Cyril’s bit from “That’s Life”, definitely my favourite part of the show.
Holy Crap! Are you kidding me Tommy! That is the most awful thing I have ever heard!
Makes me glad Australia does not have a death penalty!

Actually, it’s not “no” at all. With the current Supreme Court, as long as the required judicial steps have been taken, later proof of innocence doesn’t save the guy.
And this isn’t the first time this has happened.
Sad but true. Texas has executed both an innocent man (Cameron Todd Willingham) and a guy with an IQ of 61 in the past couple years.
